A bold community of female leaders rising together through strengths-based coaching, shared wisdom, and collective support.
We understand that career growth comes with challenges—some of which are unique to women. Inspired by the fierce and collaborative nature of lionesses, The Pride Program was designed to help you navigate these obstacles with confidence, providing the skills, support, and network you need to rise. In a world where leadership can feel isolating, this program connects you with a powerful collective of women who lift each other up, share insights, and accelerate each other’s success. When you join The Pride, you’re not just advancing your own career—you are part of a movement redefining what’s possible for female leaders.
The Pride program combines one-on-one coaching with group sessions, focusing on the eight key skill areas that deliver the greatest impact for female leaders. With a cohort of up to ten women, you’ll form an inclusive, supportive network—your Pride—working together to succeed.
The Pride is built on the belief that great leadership starts with understanding and leveraging your strengths. Grounded in positive psychology, our program helps you discover what makes you exceptional and how to amplify those strengths for greater impact. We focus on developing the skills that matter most as you climb the corporate ladder—from building influence and executive presence to strategic thinking and effective communication.
This program is designed for women who are ready to take ownership of their careers, expand their networks, and step into leadership roles with confidence. With access to leading Australian executives, personalised coaching, and a supportive community, the Pride equips you with everything you need to achieve your goals.
Group Sessions run monthly, blending theory, real-world insights, interactive exercises, and open discussions to ensure practical application and deep learning. Personalised coaching will be held at commencement, midway point and conclusion of the program.
