Meet Megan Corfield

Megan Corfield is a dynamic strategic leader with over 24 years of C-Suite experience across industries including energy, sustainability, government, and consulting. As a former Queensland Telstra Businesswoman of the Year and an AFR 100 Most Influential Women award recipient, Megan brings real-world insights, strategic thinking, and a no-nonsense approach to every coaching relationship.

Throughout her career, Megan has built high-performing teams, spotted and nurtured emerging talent, and led both startups and established organisations through transformational growth. She has served as CEO, board chair, and director across sectors such as property, engineering, sports, and tourism, with over 15 years of board experience. Recognised internationally, Megan was also selected as a USA Visiting Leader in renewable energy and climate change.

Today, as founder and CEO of Glass Ladder, and the current Queensland Chair of Chief Executive Women, Megan is passionate about helping leaders unlock their strengths and step into their potential with confidence.
