Throughout her career, Megan has built high-performing teams, spotted and nurtured emerging talent, and led both startups and established organisations through transformational growth. She has served as CEO, board chair, and director across sectors such as property, engineering, sports, and tourism, with over 15 years of board experience. Recognised internationally, Megan was also selected as a USA Visiting Leader in renewable energy and climate change.
